    I've corrected the issue with the single registration, You may delete the additional registration you created: 35724-210303153101464.

    May I go ahead and upgrade you as well? The revised release should be available sometime today.

    Hi @BobD,

    This is related to the same issue that occurred on Sunday. It is discussed in this forum post.

    If you look at the transaction in CONNECT, you will see that it now shows the correct Application.

    As you may notice in the posted details, we would like to upgrade those affected with a revised release to correct outstanding issues. Could you grant access so we can take care of that for you?

    We just reviewed and noticed that the order number which you are referring to is processed from Gravity Forms, not from Events. Please see:

    Since the transaction is created there will be no temp record.

    Hi

    I just finished talking with Amanda on live support and she suggested posting here.

    For order number 35724-210228121221486, the registrant and attendee records the contact information shows as "Check Temporary Contact". Reposting and Reprocessing the order didn't fix it. Would you takea look at it?
