  • Event Site Stripping CSS

    Hello,

All of our events are stripping the Custom CSS from our registration pages. Here is an example https://rand-corporation.secure.forc...00000c5DXvUAM&. We are up to date on all C&P packages PaaS Library is 6.2012030000, Payment as a Service is 9.2012240006, and Events is 5.2012130002. Let me know if I need to play with CRUD details on any objects for the sites profile or something else that I may be missing.

    Thanks,

    Adam

        Hi Adam,

We tested custom CSS in our instance, and it seems to be applying to the site without issue. I did not ask you for the HTML source code from the site template editor, so we relied on the link you provided to recreate.

Here is the version we tested internally:

        https://00dj0000000kkv8.secure.force...a000004T8NuEAK

As you can see, the custom CSS you provided is working in our test instance. Your version is up-to-date, so there's no concern there- our test isntance is using the same version of the Event application as your instance.

You could email me the Source Data from the Site Template's HTML editor - so we could identify if there's any reason the HTML wouldn't utilize your custom CSS as it has in the past.
We're currently comparing the source files for your Event page (not working correctly) to the version from on our test server (custom CSS is applied).

Could you check your Sharing Rules in settings and confirm that you have these rules created for C&P Designer? (part of the recent changes to post installation). It wouldn't hurt to recalculate these.
