Good day @dschettler
Due to some issues, Emails were not fired and are in the queue, when sending emails manually, queued emails also fired which is the reason you see 2 emails. However, we fixed the issue now so all future emails will send automatically.
Please test it and let us know if you find any issues.

I think we're getting closer. Thanks for your help thus far. The behavior we see now is that a customer can successfully register and receive a receipt automatically. That's a definite improvement. However, the registration email containing event information, links, etc, etc is NOT being sent automatically. We have to manually go into the event->registrations->"Send Registration Email". When we do that then the following happens:- TWO copies of the registration email is sent for the registration for which we just requested, AND
- ONE copy of all other registration emails that are pending (we have not yet requested them to be sent) are sent
Any ideas what's happening?

Good day @dschettler
No, not all but only one has been changed while testing it. You may change it accordingly.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

The format of all of our registration pages were changed to be full page wide, making them very unwieldy. They were formerly formatted to show in a box in the center of the screen. Did you make this change intentionally?

In response to receiving the "Authorization Required" error after entering *all* of their information, we've had several people contact us to ask if their registrations went through. Of course we don't see any record of their registration on our side since there was an error. Is it possible that you have this information on the backend such that you can alert us to who attempted to register so we may follow-up with them and complete their registrations? I am concerned that we've lost people and neither they, nor us, realize there is an incomplete registration.
Thank you.

Good day @dschettler
Would you please share the Event name and allow us to clone that event and process few test transactions to debug the issue?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

It seems we can get further in the registration process as the registration page is now presented where it wasn't before. Now, if someone actually tries to register, they are presented with the same authorization required message after completing their form and pressing the "Process" button. This is hampering our operation significantly right now. Please advise.
