    Please note that in order to change the email for the registrant Record, first, you need to change the email in Contact Record and then go to that particular Registrant details page > edit, then click on the update button.

    Once you click on the update button, the changes that you made in the contact record will get reflected in the registrant record.

    Please note that once the registration is deleted from the Event, we can not retrieve it.

    Hi! I spoke with Amanda about this during support hours, and now posting for further research.

    I need guidance on how to correct an email address typo, and re-send a confirmation email. The attendee in question is Joel L., and the name of the event is NPSA Lectures 2021.

    Here's what I've tried so far:
    1) Corrected the C&P Data, re-processed it. Result: Email address on registrant record was still incorrect.

    2) Deleted the registration. (I selected the third option, so the data was not deleted.) Re-processed C&P Data. Result: associated opportunities were re-created correctly, but the registrant did not get re-created in the event.

    The associated data record is CnP Data-210116-0048314, order
    Our org ID is 00Do0000000I2hr, and I've granted access.

    Also, I'm wondering when the option to require registrants to enter their email address twice, to catch these kinds of typos, might be coming? I recall Kami saying this was an option being considered, a while back. Thanks!
