  • Temporary Contact questions

    I saw two entries for temporary contacts, which raised questions.

    1) Are the $2.00 entries due to switching credit card processors? Do we need to do anything with them?
    2) The temporary contact showed up in Janet's account in SF, but not when viewed in Bob's account. The images below were taken minutes apart and there was no processing in between. Do you have an explanation why they wouldn't show up on one account?​​​​​​​

    Good day @BobD

    Yes, those $2 transactions are test transactions from C&P and you have to do nothing about them. Regarding the temp contacts, in your account i.e. Bob's account you are looking at the C&P Temporary Account tab whereas in Janet's account you are looking at C&P Temporary Contacts NOT C&P Temporary Contacts which is the reason you don't see any record there.
