  • Missing eCheck payment method in Connect settings

    Hi there - we have eCheck turned on as an available payment method for an event (via C&P Event Management) but the payment is failing when one tries to complete their registration. I see there is no option at present for enabling in Connect (and I see others have reported this and its been fixed for them). Could you please add for us?

    Have granted access for the next 3 days but would appreciate if you could address ASAP as the registration is already live.
