  • Event Emails showing wrong time zone

    Hi there, org ID 00Dj0000000HchZ has live events, and the confirmation emails are showing the event start/end times as 7 hours later than they actually are. The events show the correct time when viewing online and in Salesforce. I checked all the time zones and they're correct. HELP!? Access has been granted. Thanks!

      It’s occurring for all the events. One example is 10/25 12:40 B2...Kids that’s the internal name, I don’t recall the whole name and am not by the computer yet). Let me know if you need more information.

        Err, the example I was trying to remember is called "10/25 12:40 Sunday B3-L5 Adults" - but as I mentioned, it's been happening on multiple events. Thanks for your prompt help!

              We have cloned the above-mentioned event and did a test transaction but unable to replicate the issue. We see the exactly same date and time in the confirmation email.

              But, we have found the issue with timezone in the Admin part i.e. when we edit the Event, the time is changing based on the timezone. So, when you edit the event you need to cross check the event date and time before saving it. However, it has been addressed, and hopefully, the beta is going to release by next week.

                Interesting, I did a registration with your test event, and the email still shows the time 7 hours ahead of the time listed on the event. (See attached) Click image for larger version

                Not urgent for us anymore, we reconfigured the way we're posting this event, so it works around the issue.

                    Good day @jillifoss

                    We are having the issue with timezone but it is for the admin part and we are unable to replicate the issue you are referring to.

                    However, we are having the beta release by next week which addressed the issue related to the Event timezone and since, the issue related to timezones, we hope it will address the issue you are referring to as well.
