Issuing adding a Registration to Active Event

When click on the "Add" button nothing happens. I checked the event basic settings, dates on registration levels... and can't seem to figure out what the issue is.

We have fixed the issue. We noticed that you have added the following text under the Event description "We share targeted advocacy alerts to Members". We are having issues with that keyword "Alerts" which was causing an issue. We have removed it and it is working fine now. Hopefully, in the upcoming releases, we are going to fix that.

The registration engine is working, but now there's a bunch of text at the top of the registration site (unwanted html text).
