    Hi - we recently had an event attendee enter a bad email address and then wonder why the confirmation email had not arrived by the time of the event. It might help if, after they complete the registration, they are presented with a message that a receipt and/or other emails will be sent to them shortly. If the attendee had seen that, there is some chance this might have been caught in time. Obviously, C&P would need to determine that a receipt and/or other emails are supposed to be sent, which could make it difficult since there is apparently some lag between registration and all the data showing up everywhere.

    Also, is there any way to track whether any email has been delivered?

    This is more of a feature request than a trouble ticket.

    You can change the message they receive once they complete ticket purchase:

    Registration emails are sent immediately, but there are so many ways an email can be blocked at the "receiver's" end that provide no response as to whether the message got past their rules and spam filters, that there is no practical way to provide this.

    You can check to see whether the message was sent by reviewing the Registrant or Attendee Detail under Registrations
