  • Temp Contact Merging Issue

    I'm getting the following error on a number of temp contacts as I am trying to bring them into the system. I have granted one week access and the org ID is 00D6A000001UrXC. Is this something you can help me with?

    Error: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION, field integrity exception (Guest users cannot be record owners.): []--null--124--(CnP_PaaS) --System.DmlException

          I did not ask you to process the temp contact, just to change the owner. I needed to capture some of that data. I have over 30 more that I need the owner changed. Is it possible for you to change the owner without processing the temp contact? I attached a picture to show you what I want changed.

            We have not processed the temp contact but reposted the data in your instance. The issue you are referring to is for those transactions which are processed with the old version of our app which doesn't support the following feature of Spring 20: "Assign new records created by Salesforce Sites guest users to a default owner in the org"

            Since you are at the latest versions of our apps, moving forward you won't see the site guest user issue for future transactions/ transaction which are processed in the version you are at.

            In order to fix it we have internal process which required to repost the data.

            Please let us know if you would like us to fix that by repostng it.
