    Thank you. At this point, I think I'll just delete all the temp contacts since I manually created all the contacts anyway and the event has passed. If it continues to be an issue starting with the next event, I'll circle back.

    Ok, please follow the below steps.
    • Delete those two order numbers through Maintenance.
    • Re-Post the Transaction from Connect.
    • Try to process the temp contact.

    Now it won't let me reprocess! When I try to reprocess, it refreshes but comes back as a blank page (with just the Salesforce header/menu), no C&P data, etc.

    We simply reprocessed the C&P Data and merged it with the contacts. Please reprocess the C&P Data of that order number and try to merge it.

    I'm still getting the error. Can you tell me what you did to fix those orders? Is it something I can do for the remainder of the orders?

    We have fixed the temp issue for the following order numbers: 36816-2008031317137076002 and 36816-2008042012205031786.

    Regarding the following order number i.e: 36816-200804120118896, we found that you have created some contacts manually, do you want those Attendees temp contacts to be merged with existing contacts? If yes, please share the ContactID's you would like to merge with.

    I manually created each of those contacts in Salesforce, so you should be able to apply any of them to their correct contact if you need to test it.

    All you need to do is to delete the condition of Any Non-Blank SKU OR uncheck the box for "Use Transaction Campaign" OR specify any other Campaign.

    Sorry, I'm a little confused. I've had the Event and Level Campaigns the same every year; I'm not sure what I'm doing differently. What exactly do I fix under C&P Settings if I want to keep both the same?
