"Authorization Required" event sites error when adding new attendee to registration

We're running into the 'Authorization Required" error on our site for event registration. New error for us (but we haven't been running events since the 4/1/2020 upgrade).

Occurs upon hitting "continue" when done with the "Add New Attendee" overlay. Initial load of the event seems to work.

The Events Site Guest User has the permission sets PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser and PS-CnP-PaaS-ONLY-SiteGuestUser so we don't know why this could be happening.

We have fixed it. It was due to the lack of permissions to the default record owner user. We have assigned the following two permission sets to the user: PS-CnP-Event-ONLY-SiteGuestUser and PS-CnP-PaaS-ONLY-SiteGuestUser
