    We had an event ("Game Night") on 5/28, with a reminder email set up to send on 5/27. For some reason, according to the email logs, this reminder email sent again to all attendees on 6/15. Do you have any idea what may have caused this?

    We reviewed and found that the user who submitted the job doesn't have the proper permissions which is the reason it didn't fire on 05/28.

    We reviewed the logs but unable to determine why it has been fired on 15th June. It looks like manually it has been clicked. However, we will keep eye on your instance and will keep you update if we found any issues.

        Here is the user name: "Saimbre, C***" who doesn't have any of our app's permissions.

        Here you can find the users who submitted the jobs:

          Hi,

          Though this was previously resolved, I'm having trouble with this issue again. For C&P events that one of my organization's users set up, the scheduled job for reminder emails has reverted to the inactive user, and it's failing to run. What do I need to change (and where do I need to change it) to permanently remove the inactive user from the whole process?

            We have fixed it and hopefully, it won't be an issue until the granted access user is inactive.

              Thank you! But, can you actually switch it to the [email protected] user? (Or, outline the steps for me to accomplish that.) The [email protected] user will never be inactivated.

                Good day @cyrch

                You need to login with the user: [email protected] and delete the Registration Emails Job and navigate to any Event which has scheduled Registration Emails >> Edit that Email Template and Save it, now the scheduled job will create with the [email protected] user.
