  • Salesforce Reporting on Event Management Fields

    Hello,

We are currently trying to pull a report from salesforce that has each ticket broken down by day, time, and level of ticket. We then want to see the revenue of each level of ticket and the total for a time slot and then the total revenue for the day. I am unable to find the revenue field when using the salesforce reporting.

I am using an a report C&P Events with C&P Event Registration Levels. All I really want is to multiply Inventory sold by Price then have the total fields sum at the bottom. I was thinking there should be a field in C&P that already does that.

The reports offered on the C&P Event Dashboard page might be helpful, but perhaps a Salesforce approach would be simpler since you already have the report partially set up.

Would this approach work for you? It uses a "row level" formula to calculate the result in the report. If you need the summation of a column, there is a similar method to create it.

The final report then presents the formula column:

      Perfect! Thank you.
A side note to anyone reading this with the same problem. If you created a custom report with the option "with or without" the row-level formula option in salesforce is not an option. Make sure to choose the option "with" when creating the report type. (I ran into that problem)

      Thank you again C&P
