    I got this error. The link to "Re-post Transaction to SalesForce" goes to http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...-to-salesforce which apparently doesn't exist. https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...-to-salesforce seems to be the good link.

      You have access now. I have since reposted order 35724-2006201242366577437 following the instructions in what I termed the good link. I'm puzzled how you think that will bring up the error.

        Bob,

        We just reviewed and found no issues. We see that the contact is created and there is no temp contact record with that order number. It looks like you have clicked on the temp contact link in Events immediately after processing the temp contact.

          Thank you for looking into it. My issue was merely that the error message had a bad link in it.

          There was some time delay in between as I am aware that it doesn't process immediately. The original problem was that I received an error message and had to go back to determine that I had a level which didn't have a SKU on it (copied - so the rules to fill a field didn't have a trigger to work with, so the a required field didn't get filled, so the record didn't write. It would have been nice to have a way to clone a level and the associated tie in's - ( field values such as SKU and ties to registration emails come to mind).
