    We reviewed your and fixed it by assigning the permissions to the custom fields you added under 'Field-Level Security' of Site Guest User.

    Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    When you add a standard Contact field to the form, you also have to add permissions to the Site Guest User to create or edit values for that field.

    If you provide a list of the fields you've added to your form, and grant access, we will be happy to modify these permissions for you.

  • Custom form field mapped but not showing on front end

    I added a custom field to our registration form and mapped it to a picklist field I created. However, when viewing the form on the front-end, the slot for the field is there, but the dropdown to select an option is not. I've attached screenshots showing this behavior.

    There are other custom fields that are mapped the same way that are showing up just fine, so I'm unclear why this one is not.

    I've granted one week of access to C&P. Our organization ID is 00DU0000000MCVQ.
