    Hello,

    I was unable to find that someone has asked this question previously on the forum, so I apologize if this has been already answered.

    For our annual fundraiser, we already have individuals/companies that have given money for our gala/fundraiser but we have yet to have collected the names of those who would be attending (6-8 attendees) depending on their donation level.

    Is it possible to provide those who have already paid with a way to provide us with the names of those they are having attending without them needing to "pay"? (Would discount code work for collecting the info and later change their payment match the way they paid e.g. check)

    If the registration has been already done with the number of attendees using the dummy names, then you can easily update the names of the attendees who are actually attending the gala. You NO need to go through with the payment process.

    However, if the registration has only one attendee then, in this case, you can register those attendees for the respective Level with custom payment type with $0.

      Hello CnP.Support.AM,

      I have followed your suggestion and I have a few follow up questions.
      Is it possible to disable receipt emails from being sent out for tickets that we manually enter into Box Office? It has confused the person we initially tried entering info for as they have received an email receipt for the transaction. Additionally, is there another way to enter ticket information in bulk to C&P Event Management. We have all the attendee information but would like to track it all in Salesforce/Click and Pledge.

        Hi Daniel,

        If you're referring to the Receipts sent from Connect, you can turn those off under Messages; however, it is all or nothing. Either all the receipts from the Event are turned off or none of them are.

        Although you can clone Events in bulk, you cannot enter ticket information in bulk. If you attempt to upload this data to the installed objects, you can easily break aspects of the Event Management app.
