Receiving "Error: Invalid Date & Time" when trying to create & save a new event

  • Receiving "Error: Invalid Date & Time" when trying to create & save a new event

    Hi,
    I am trying to create a new event in Salesforce C&P Event Management. I've tried both creating a new event and cloning from an old one.

    When I create a new event, under "Pricing/Registration Level," when I click on "Add Levels" - it does nothing.

    When I try to clone an event, after I enter all of the required information (changing the dates to the new event, etc.) and click save at the bottom, it gives me the following error: Errors

    • Starts On: Invalid Date and Time
    • Ends On: Invalid Date and Time
    I've double-checked the event starting and ending dates and they are correct (not a date in the past).
    I submitted an upgrade request last week thinking our app might be out of date, but that hasn't fixed the problem. Can you please take a look and advise?

    We have fixed the issue. We noticed that your instance was enabled one of the critical updates which we are not supporting for now. Those critical updates were set to auto-enable on Jan 2022 but it looks like you have enabled it.

    Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

      Hi, we are having the exact same issue as what I originally posted in this thread in November 2019. I believe we did an upgrade not that long ago, and I'm wondering if I somehow inadvertently enabled one of the critical updates not being supported again at this time. Can you please take a look? I've granted access for one week. Thank you!

                    Good day @ldbar

                    We fixed it. It is due to the critical update you have activated.

                    You had activated a critical update that we are not yet compatible with, It is not expected to be enforced until October 2021.

                    Once "Activated", there was an option here to deactivate. Naturally, we will be compatible before this update is enforced, but at the moment, we are not.
