  • No active C&P accounts?

    We are getting an error message that "there are no active C&P accounts for this event" when cloning a past event for which we had no issues. Our existing, and active, C&P account is tied to the event so I've no idea why this is happening. I did see a thread where this happened to another org, but there was no info on the solution only that y'all fixed the problem. Can you please do so for us as well? Our SF ID is 00D36000000vZDF and I've granted a week's access. Thank you

    We have fixed it. It is a permission issue and we have assigned the Events permissions to the site guest user.
