    How can I Omit Card Holder information when processing a Free Ticket in the Box Office? I don't have some of the required fields available (email).

    Good day @Lhotse

    Please note that in case of the free ticket there will be NO card information needed. The payment will process as a custom payment type. Events offer a way to create 'Custom Payments', and you may use them to record Cash or Check as a payment method in the Box Office. There are no fees associated nor it required card details, as these transactions are not sent to the bank.

      Thank you for your answer,

      Yes, I know that, I have created the custom payment, and made it the default for the Box Office.

      However, when I'm creating a new attendant, I search for the Existing Patron, I find it, I click on Load, it loads, I click continue. I'm taken to the initial screen where I have to click continue again. and I'm taken to this screen, where I'm asked for the Card Holder information

      Is there a way to avoid that?

      I have a second problem now, I have created some of these free attendees using the Existing Patron functionality, but for some reason they are marked as "Temporary Contact". And when I click on them, this message is displayed

      I did what is mentioned at the bottom, logged to Connect and pushed the transaction back to Salesforce, but the Error persists.

      I have granted Granted "Click & Pledge Support" 1-Week access to my account Organization ID 00Dd0000000ewEi

        The page you see is to enter the registrant information NOT Credit Card information. If the total cart value is $0, it won't offer to enter the Credit Card information.

        Regarding the temp error, we have reposted the data from Connect and now you can see the temp contact.

            Initially, we tried to post the above order number but it returns with the following error from SF: AsyncApexExecutions Limit Exception - means you exceeded an org-wide 24 hour rolling limit on asynchronous Apex.

            However, it has been successfully posted yesterday when we pushed it from Connect.
