  • Event Registration Email PDF attachment error

    Hello, my colleague (using User Profile "PD Standard" in my org) was trying to upload a PDF to a registration email in our Intensive FY20 event, and got the following message:

    "An embedded page at parsonsdance--cnp-paas-evt.na116.visual.force.com says
    failed to create account {errors:{message:'insufficient access rights on cross-reference id',
    status code:'INSSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTI TY',}, id:null, success:'false',}

    I believe I had already assigned the user (last name Parsons) sufficient privileges via C&P Permissions Sets to be able to do everything related to the Events objects. Anything else I need to enable for her to proceed? It works fine for me when I do it as a System Admin.

    Org ID is 00D1N0000019vq6. Support access permission granted.

    Thank you!

    Good day @Mike Meg

    We have added some permissions to the user, can you please ask them to check now and let us know if they find any issues?

      Thank you CnP.Support.AM, the user still cannot upload the file AND she is having a new issue she did not have previously, regarding deletion of test registrations. Please see enclosed screen cap of the new error and let me know how to proceed? I have extended the support login access by another week.

      Thanks!
      Mike

        The reason for the new error is because the user doesn't have delete access to the opportunity object. Would you please grant us login access from that respective user so that we can review it? OR create a user for us and assign the respective profile so that we will check what permissions are missing to access those records.

        Please create a user and set the email to: [email protected]

          We gave the user the extra permissions on our side....It seemed to work after that. Thanks for the help!
