  • Campaign member status not correct

    Good morning,

    For an event I am currently working on, all of our attendees are being assigned the status of "Walk in" rather than our default "Registered/Attended". We've never had this issue before and I can't figure out how to rectify it. I saw in an earlier forum thread that it may have been around a recent update. Can you please take a look at my system?

    Our Click and Pledge account ID is 50322. Our SF ID is 00D460000016Dww. Access has been granted in SF through my colleague's account, [email protected]. The event I'm working on is called "Elevating Lives 2019".

    Is there any other information I can provide?

    We just reviewed and noticed that you are at a version in which we are not handling the Campaign Member Status. Please upgrade to the latest version in which the feature is included.

      Good morning,

      Thank you for letting me know! I posted for an upgrade, which was done on Wednesday. However, tickets that were sold yesterday are still being labeled as Walk-In. Do you mind taking a look at this?

        Please edit the level and select the campaign again and then select the status option for attendee:

                Good afternoon,

                This was working well, but seems to have stopped over the weekend. The most recent ticket purchases have been "Walk In" rather than "Registered/Attended". Can you please look into this? I've granted access for the next week.

                    Hi,

                    Thank you for the follow up. I think our events team was changing them to Registered/Attended manually, so that's why the Walk Ins were not showing up. We just processed three new registrations that went in as Walk Ins. The order numbers are CNP:50322-1911121056192281793, CNP:50322-1911121041562573261, and CNP:50322-1911121040492689955.

                      After digging a lot finally, we caught the culprit. Please see:

                      You have NPSP and the above settings are set to "Automatic Campaign Member Management" active. In this case, Registrant will be the Campaign Member for the Primary Campaign Source but in your case there is NO Campaign assigned for "Transaction Campaign" under Additional Information page of the Event, so the NPSP is assigning the Primary Campaign Source as Campaign for Event registrant and the above NPSP settings are applying for campaign member status as Walk Ins.

                      Either you need to inactive the above NPSP settings OR assign the Campaign to Transaction Campaign under Additional Information page of the Event:
