    Good morning,

    For an event I am currently working on, all of our attendees are being assigned the status of "Walk in" rather than our default "Registered/Attended". We've never had this issue before and I can't figure out how to rectify it. I saw in an earlier forum thread that it may have been around a recent update. Can you please take a look at my system?

    Our Click and Pledge account ID is 50322. Our SF ID is 00D460000016Dww. Access has been granted in SF through my colleague's account, [email protected]. The event I'm working on is called "Elevating Lives 2019".

    Is there any other information I can provide?

    We just reviewed and noticed that you are at a version in which we are not handling the Campaign Member Status. Please upgrade to the latest version in which the feature is included.
