Coupon Code Field has disappeared from the Registration form

We reviewed and found that you have created the TWO Levels with the same name i.e. "Registration". One is Active and the other one is inActive. We found that you have assigned all coupon codes to inActive level which is the reason it is not showing on the form.

Regarding the error, you don't have permission over the Event app which is resulting in the above error. If you like to get access over Events, please add the following permission sets to the user:

PS-CnP-Event-All-Permissions
PS-CnP-PaaS-Event-SetUp

Hi Team C&P,

We urgently need assistance to fix an error with our discount code not showing on our form. The event name is What’s Next: Reorienting Expectations and Finding Solid Ground

I've checked that the discount dates haven't expired and I definitely cannot see the code showing on the form.

We also have another error showing up in the actual event bookings (attached).

We just reviewed the Event in the question and found NO issues with the discounts. Please see:

We are having the same issue on our registration form. Event name is 2020 Summit. Our discount plans are active (not-expired) and the Active Discount Type is set to the correct option for the existing discount plans (Level).

We need this fixed ASAP as our registration form is currently live.

Access should be granted for a week and our organization ID is 00DU0000000MCVQ.

Great catch, so if the coupon codes expire then the code field is not shown? I will update immediately.

Hello,
The coupon code field has disappeared from the registration forms. We are in the process of sending our quite a few emails using those discount codes. Can you send directions as to how to reinstate the code field or you can login and repair it. I have granted 7days of access to Clik and PLdge and organization ID is 00D80000000cmCN
