  • Campaign Status for Attendees not working properly

    We have an event that's been live/selling tickets since May. On 9/23, I noticed the default campaign member status hadn't been set for the different ticket levels, so I set it (and fixed attendees who had registered before then). However, we had an attendee register this week and their status was not set correctly. Here's the order number for the issue order: 37303-1910010156533904862 and here's an order that worked correctly - this one is different than the one I sent Amanda during support today, it's one that actually was already in the campaign and the status updated properly: 37303-1909251313214450342

    We reviewed and all seems to be working as expected. It looks like the event was created before the release was installed, and the behavior resolved itself with your next event. We have cloned your existing Event and processed a test transaction order# 37303-1910031031296531111 and found NO issues. It works as expected.
