  • Registrations not connecting to campaign

    Registration for a paid, ticketed event is underway, and when we pull the C&P Monthly Transaction Reports, all of the registrations are present but without a campaign. I have double-checked that the Salesforce campaign is listed in both Connect and the Event Management app. Any ideas?

    We just reviewed the report you mentioned above and noticed that you have not included the SF Campaign field into the report. We have added the Campaign field and now it is listing the SF Campaign.

      The issue is that the transactions don't seem to be connected to the campaign despite the opportunities coming through as members. All of the opportunities at the top are tied to 'Annual Benefit 2019' Campaign but not being labeled as such on the report and therefore are not being grouped with the other Annual Benefit 2019 transactions (image 1). I've checked both the Connect campaign details under 'Salesforce Campaign' (2) and in the event management app under each of the ticketing levels (3) is there another area I'm missing?
