I created an event in event management.
When a ticket is purchased an opportunity and contact are created.
However the opportunity is not linked to the campaign (just the registrants and attendees) so the campaign does not show a total.
Also the contact is not linked to the opportunity, the only way you can tell it's an opp for the contact is by the name.
I would think this was automatically done? Am I missing something
I can map the campaign to the opportunity by SKU, but I don't see how to map the
opportunity Contact Person field to be equal to the new or updated contact.
