  • Adding Non Paying Attendees to SF Campaign

    I am installing Events into a client's org for the first time. I have found that if I add a campaign to each registration level with the "Additional Information" section I can get all attendees (not just the registrants) into a Salesforce Campaign when they are registered. I would like to only see opportunities added to the campaign for these attendees when there is a dollar amount more than 0 associated with the registration level. Currently I'm seeing an opportunity with 0 amount being added to the SF campaign for each attendee when they register for a free level. I have witnessed in a different org the behavior I'm seeking (only opportunities for registrations with a dollar amount) but I can no identify what the difference is between the orgs. Please help me identify what setting needs to be adjusted so that only paid attendees have an opportunity added to the SF campaign when they are added as campaign members.
