    The permissions for that objects are required in order to fire the emails which were not set for the site guest user profile. We simply gave the permissions and it works.

    Thank you for the update. So I can understand this for the future, did this happen because of something that was set in our system at the profile level for said object(s) or something that did not connect during an update?

    Our developers reviewed and fixed it. The issue was with the object permissions. However, we have cleared all the test transactions we made in your event.

    Hi [email protected] ,

    I was asked to review your case. The good news is that I was able to run a test that did reproduce the problem, the difference being that Box Office registrations are receiving emails, whereas Public Site Registrations are not. This leads me to suspect there may be something wrong with the permissions for the Site's visitors, although I have not found anything yet. Hopefully now that we have been able to reproduce the issue, the Developers may have further clues as to what might be happening. I will give you another update in the morning.

    Hello!

    I wanted to check and see if there were any updates? I do not see any emails in the email log since the test and have had people registering for the event we need to send their emails to (I held off manually hitting "send email" so someone could see the last email log entry).

    Any updates are appreciated.

    The email logs unfortunately show otherwise. I pulled up the registration list and the last person to receive an email was Jacqueline; everyone that has registered since does not have a registrant or attendee email in the log.

    Please see attached pictures for documentation. I checked each name on the registration list; yes I do see the one test you ran shows emails, but no other person is showing in the email log since yesterday when I manually hit "send email."

    We see NO issues with the Registration emails. We did one test transaction with the name "Account Verification" in your event with $0 and received the registration email immediately without any issues.

    No Event Emails Being Sent

    Hello!

    On the same event, Deeply Loved, no event emails are going out to registrants or attendees, both those paid and unpaid. I just had to hit the "Send Email" button to get emails out to recent registrations.

    Emails are active, set to email immediately, and are set to email for Credit Card and Free registrations.

    Access has already been granted for other topic.
