Event Registration Site Require Authorization for only 1 Event

I currently have my C&P Account synced with my Salesforce NPSP Org. and one of our event registration sites is not letting people register - When the the event registration webpage, enter their payment information, and then click submit, they receive a screen that says "Authorization Required." (See attached photo).


This is ONLY happening for one event - we have been using C&P Event Management for Salesforce for several years, and since the initial implementation we have never experienced this. Additionally, I have checked the other events and they are still working correctly. Also, for the the event that is causing issues, I have set up a discount code but when I go to the registration site it does not provide an option to enter the discount code. I checked the Discount Plan and did set valid dates, but the column labeled Discount Type, it says "Event (inactive). I have checked everything in the Event setting and it all looks correct (ie, Mode is "Active", dates are correct, registration level dates are correct, etc.). All of the Event settings actually match the other Events that ARE still working. I saw another post similar to this that talked about the Site Settings. I don't think that is our problem because this has been working with all other events for the past several years and nothing has changed. We have a live registration and several people attempting to register, so would appreciate assistance as soon as possible.

We reviewed your instance and the Event in question but unable to replicate the issue. We have also cloned the Event and processed one test transaction and it is processed without any issues.

May I know in which scenario you are getting the Authorization Required message.

Regarding discount plans, please note that the "Active Discount Type" should be selected "Event Discount Plans" then it appears on the registration page.

Hello, I think you guys set up a test event and some test registrations. I see 4 test transactions sitting in our Temporary Contacts that are related to this testing. Each Temporary Contact record has a First and Last Name that says "Account Verification" and email address that shows [email protected] and a CC that ends in 1111 for an amount of $20. Can you tell me the best way to clear these out of our system and confirm that there was no actual money exchanged and they don't show up on any of our Settlement Reports. Normally, for registrations, I just go into the Event, open up the Registration and then use the Delete Registration button and select to delete all event records related to that transaction. However, it looks like there were 2 different test registrations done (ie, 4 Temp Contacts) but I can only find 1 of the Registrations in the Events.

Those are the test transactions and nothing to do with the real money nor it shows in the report. We have deleted that for you.
