I currently have my C&P Account synced with my Salesforce NPSP Org. and one of our event registration sites is not letting people register - When the the event registration webpage, enter their payment information, and then click submit, they receive a screen that says "Authorization Required." (See attached photo).
This is ONLY happening for one event - we have been using C&P Event Management for Salesforce for several years, and since the initial implementation we have never experienced this. Additionally, I have checked the other events and they are still working correctly. Also, for the the event that is causing issues, I have set up a discount code but when I go to the registration site it does not provide an option to enter the discount code. I checked the Discount Plan and did set valid dates, but the column labeled Discount Type, it says "Event (inactive). I have checked everything in the Event setting and it all looks correct (ie, Mode is "Active", dates are correct, registration level dates are correct, etc.). All of the Event settings actually match the other Events that ARE still working. I saw another post similar to this that talked about the Site Settings. I don't think that is our problem because this has been working with all other events for the past several years and nothing has changed. We have a live registration and several people attempting to register, so would appreciate assistance as soon as possible.
The Event that is not working is called "LTP Clinic Webinar 2019"
