  • Receiving "Check Temp Contact" message. Reposting transaction did not work

    Hello. It appears that our current event registrations (from May to present) have a message in red stating "Check Temp Contact." We followed the instructions to Re-post these transactions to Salesforce but it did not seem to remedy the problem. We also re-established third party connection with Salesforce, but that did not help either.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Would you please replace the URL under 3rd Party Integrations and verify the connection?
