    The issue is related to the Custom Payment Type not being accepted in your account. Someone has disabled it in your account in the Card Accepted area in the portal.

    We added and enabled it for you so it should work now. Please test it.

    free registrations declined

    Hi! I am working on my first event in C&P Events and am having an issue with free ticket registrations not processing. On Live Support today, we were able to process a test credit card but were not able to resolve the issue for free ticket registration only. Amanda mentioned that the payment type was not appearing when it should have been in the box office mode.
