  • Printing Name Badges 4x3 fills Word page width

I've used the Designer to create a 4x3 name badge but when I download the Word doc, the badge isn't 4x3' at all. How do I use this feature?

Access granted. I need to know how to make the name badges print out to a regular 4x3" pre-perfed page.

        Good day @revcheri

I see what you are referring to and I have forwarded this to our developers to see the possibilities of fixing it. However, here is the quick workaround to address the above:
        • You need to update the name badge code with table width, from 600px TO 100%. We have already made that change in your instance.
        • After downloading 4x3" name badge in the Microsoft word document, you need to edit size in the Microsoft word document layout as shown in the below images.

        Step1:

Name:	name badge.jpg
Views:	18
Size:	107.0 KB
ID:	45602

        Step2:

Name:	Name badge2.jpg
Views:	14
Size:	93.4 KB
ID:	45603

Thanks for the info. I'm thinking, though, that this will only print badges on one side of the sheet. Most people (in the US) use the Avery 5392 paper, which prints six name badges per sheet, so I need a two-column solution.

Sorry, but there is no other easy solution. We have tried multiple ways to get that as you described but due to the limitations of Microsoft word, it is not getting the desired output.
