  • Opportunity in Salesforce not posting amount

    When someone buys a ticket, the opportunity in Salesforce does not have an amount. Why is this, and can you help me fix it?

    The reason for that behavior is because you have defined following setting in the respective Event > Additional Information > Opportunity/Opportunity Product Mapping:

    Please note that the mapping for the opportunity should be custom field and NOT the standard field. However, we have changed that to "--Select--" and re-posted the data and it appears as expected.
