    We just reviewed and found that you have NOT assigned the tickets to any of the Levels. Please see:

    Thanks for the response. Removing and re-adding the fields to the email did not make a difference. Still has name badge but not the others

    tickets not showing in email

    using the default template, the field {@eTicketMobile-Link} and {@eTicketPDF-Link} is showing in designer, but is empty on the emails. I do have tickets for the event, they look fine. Interestingly the name badge link does show and works as expected, just not the two ticket fields.
    Org 00Do0000000awV7 in case you need to log in to check things. Step by step learning this system.
