    We simply re-posted that order number and it fixed. To answer your question we need to know how your client has processed that temp contact.

    Org Id is - 00D0b000000uTCM - and access has been granted.

    There are event registrants who's name still show in red after managing the temp contact process. Image attached.

    name of event is 20190208 Office Hours / By Phone

    I just want to understand why these aren't being processed correctly. Does it have to do with how they're being processed? Or, are my client's staff processing in the wrong order?
