    C&P Temporary Contacts UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION error

    One of our salesforce user is having several errors processing temporary contacts:
    Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, Requires Extra Verification: []
    Error is in expression '{!SaveItem}' in component <apex:commandButton> in page cnp_paas_evt:eventtemporarycontact: (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

    I've already granted you account login and 0051a000002vmuy is the user ID of the user having the issue.
    00D1a000000HQnx is our org ID.

    Ok, great! I don't know but maybe the user tried to process the temp contacts too early after you've made modifications to her profile.

    We reviewed and found there is NO temp contact exist in your instance. All seems to be processed. However, moving forward if you see that issue, please create user as stated above and grant access from System Administrator profile.

    For this user login request, I generated a temporary code but it will expire in 24 hours.
    Use this: 75PN1MFZC0

    If you are logging in using my account, I can't do that for now but what I can do is to watch out for an authentication message and approve it.

    In reviewing your instance we noticed that your user have a restriction to access the profile and prompting for mobile authentication. Would you please remove the authentication and let us know so that our developers can review and find out what's going on?

    Apparently, the user had this screen (attached) and not able to Grant Account Login Access. The user is using a customized Profile and not an Admin user. Please advise.

    Done granting you account login.
    The user reported that sometimes the error occurs and sometimes it doesn't on the same order number so please feel free to run any order number you see on our temporary contacts at https://sforce.co/2FP34f5. You can choose to make them new contacts since most of them are new and we can then run a contact merge if necessary.
