  • Automated Registration Emails Not Working

    I recently created an event and set up the Registration Email to send to the attendees immediately. However, they are not sending. I tried first in Test Mode, but that didn't work, so I tried in Active Mode and that didn't work either. I have checked to make sure that I have the correct settings (ie, payment methods and selected levels) and nothing is happening. I've also checked the email logs and there is nothing there.

    Also, I'm not sure when was the last time we've requested an updgrade, so I would like to request that once this is resolved as well.

    Our Organization ID is: 00DF00000005zU1
    Access has been granted for 7 days

    The Event is named "Tough Racers - 2019"

    We reviewed and found that you have NOT selected the respective Level in Registration Emails which is the reason the email not fired.

      Geez, i mixed up which lisbox was the "selected" levels.
