    Are you saying it is not copying from Attendee information though you select the radio button? Would you please grant us access to your Salesforce instance and share the Event name so that we can review it?

    Wouldn't it be quite rare for the attendee to be different from the registrant? I can't think of a scenario where that would matter. Either way, when I select the "copy from" radio button nothing happens. It remains blank. If I click the Process button it advances but that is very unintuitive. Is it possible to have the additional information auto populated when we select the radio button?

    For your first question, please read the "Additional Payment Details:" section in the following KB article and I hope that is what you are looking for: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1485348

    Regarding your second question, the copy from option has been included because if the attendee & registrant are the same, a single checkbox at the top copies all the attendee information to the registrant so there will be no need for the person to enter the info twice. That option cannot be disabled. You may only customize the "Addition Information" text under Additional information page:

    First question
    We have an event where there is no ticket price but want to encourage people to make a donation along with their registration (rather than suggesting specific ticket amounts). Is this possible? I was not able to determine on my own after a lot of looking around.

    Second question
    After I do a "new attendee" registration and select "continue" it asks me for "Additional Information" and gives me the option to copy from .... or "others". What is this for and can it be disabled? It seems redundant. If it can't be removed can I customize the language to make it more clear? Even when I do select the radio button to "copy from..." it doesn't auto populate and I get an error message that fields are required.
