  • Error Message when constituents attempt to register for an event

    For a time today, We were unable to process any transactions/registrations for our C&P events. When people attempt to register, the processing message appears over and over, but does not process the registration.
    Also, we were unable to access C&P event management in Salesforce.

    It appears to have stopped. Any idea what happened?

    Our upstream provider has experienced a routing issue to our site. Our backup system came back online and compensated but unfortunately a short downtime was experienced.

    We are investigating the issue.
