Box Office not appearing

I have worked with Amanda on this issue, but my Box Office is not showing up for any events. We walked through all the permission settings and updated them, all my event default settings are correct, but nothing is loading when I click on Box Office.

Hi - the same thing sometimes happens to me. It seems to only happen in Lightning Interface. I find if I switch to Classic I can see the Box office without a problem. I think sometimes clearing my browser cache has also helped (again - only in Lightning, no problems in Classic). I hope this helps!

I know you have an adequate workaround for this issue. We are not marketing our apps as Lightning compatible yet, but are reviewing issues as they arise. Could you grant us login access so that we can review the behavior in your instance?
