Problem creating template

When I choose any template and then choose to view, I see that the content looks nothing like the layout that was presented and is halfway down the page. The google map doesn't work ("this page can't load google maps correctly"), and basically every time I make a change I see a dramatically different page. Is there a more detailed tutorial than what's presented here: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...-site-template. What are my options if I don't want to code deal with the HTML headaches? Is there any way I can change the look and feel of the registration form?

Would you please grant us access to your instance? Regarding the google maps, we do have an issue in the previous version you are at which has been addressed in the latest release. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance the with latest versions our apps which resolved issue. However, if you have knowledge about HTML and CSS you may change the look and feel of the Registration form.
