Event Registration No Longer Possible

Organization: PlantPure Communities Inc
My Salesforce instance organization ID: 00D4100000080ap

The Add Attendee button is no longer working on the registration page for our November 1st event. When the information is filled in for "Attendee 1," nothing happens when we click the "Add Attendee" button. We've tested this is several browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari) and none work.

Does anyone know how this issue can be resolved? I have granted login access to Click & Pledge Support for 1 week.

Thank you. It turns out that somehow, I unknowingly added some code to the registration page. Kamran pointed it out and I removed it and it began working again.
