Can't register in event box office

  • Can't register in event box office

    Hi, I have granted a week access and my org id is 00D6A000002FhPm

    I click on Box Office and the levels come up. I click Add for a level and I get this eternal message: Processing. Please do not refresh or exit this page. It never comes back.

    We reviewed both of the Events in your instance and found NO issues with adding levels. Please see:

    Please make sure that you are using the latest browser and try by clearing the cache.

    However, we found that you are versions behind so we have upgraded you with the latest versions of our apps.

    It is highly recommended that you login to the Connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.

      Hi,

      On slide 5 of the reconnection instructions I was not offered a prompt to allow C&P to connect.

      I originally failed to mention that I, [email protected], seem to be the only user who can't register event attendees thru Box Office. I still can't. I think I was able to at one time. As System Admin I only need access to test what a box office user sees in the registration levels. Is there a setting somewhere that would affect my userid only?

        Strange! it seems to be an issue with your browser? Please try in some other browser might be something blocking in the one you are using as we are able to add attendees in the box office with the same user and found NO issues with Events.
