Account Owner for New Accounts after Update

Hello,

Since reconnecting our org after the most recent update, new Accounts that register through our events page are assigned to "default Site Guest User". Is there a way we can change this so that the owner is the connected user to the app?

That is the feature included upon requests from many of our clients to track the user who processing a transaction. However, you may accomplish above using workflows.
