    Simply update the following information in the Sf eVT from the Salesforce instance you are using:
    • Organization ID
    • Security Token
    • Admin user login information

    Please update the above information and verify the connection.

    So I just did all that and still no luck. I reset my security token, since I'm an admin, I used my username and password, and I'm still getting an error message.

    One of the things I'm realizing is that we actually have two salesforce instances and this one is connected to our old, no longer in use, instance. How do we connect it with our current one.

    Okay so every user at our organization is listed as an administrator so I'm not sure why I'm still having an issue.

    Good day @NavarraC

    I see that you have access to the portal with the above email address. It seems the SF user used for establishing the connection is NOT active. Please use Salesforce System Administrator login and password to establish the connection.

    Please follow the below steps and establish the Sf eVT connection:

    Login to the Portal at https://portal.clickandpledge.com (you may login with your email as I see you as a user in the portal)

    Click Account Info (top right), then the 3rd party tab, then Sf eVT (just below it), then use SF System Administrator login and password. If you need a token, you get that from Salesforce in your Profile > Settings (in Classic- click name, settings, look in left column, in Lightning click your profile icon and click settings) There'a a spot to reset your security token.

    Make sure Enable Salesforce is checked, add an email to the Error Notification list- this will let someone know if the connection goes down again, and click Verify and Update at the bottom. You should get a message to indicate it was successful.

    Hi, I'm the new Click and Pledge admin here and our Click and Pledge portal is still using the information of an employee who left 3 years ago. I'm hoping to get that changed because we are using auctions for salesforce and it looks like I'm unable to connect the two until our portal is updated. I could be wrong though....

    Essentially what is happening is that the eVT terminal isn't showing up on our Auctions platform even when I've tried to connect them via the instructions through Click and Pledge, Auctions, and Salesforce.

    Advice? Help?
