  • Custom Question not appearing in C&P Receipt

    Access has been granted for 1 week. I have a Custom Question in my Spanish Class Registration page that apearrs on the first page of the registration process, but only the "Custom Questions" from the second page are showing up on the receipt. I really need to have the "Level" section to appear on our receipt. I went in to the Receipt Builder and ensured the "Custom Question" is part of the receipt as well.

    Please note that in Connect Receipts, we are not sending the Attendee Custom questions. However, you may use Event Registration Email which includes the Attendee Custom Questions.
