    Plesae follow the steps below and re-establish the connection for SFeVT.

    Login to the Portal at https://portal.clickandpledge.com

    Click Account Info (top right), then the 3rd party tab, then SfEVT (just below it), then use a System Administrator login and password. If you need a token, you get that from Salesforce in your Profile > Settings (in Classic- click name, settings, look in left column, in Lightning click your profile icon and click settings) There'a a spot to reset your security token.

    Make sure Enable Salesforce is checked, add an email to the Error Notification list- this will let someone know if the connection goes down again, and click Verify and Update at the bottom. You should get a message to indicate it was successful..

    If that fails, let us know and we'll look further.

  • Salesforce Auction - Cannot save credit card at check-in

    We are having an issue saving and processing credit cards during check-in for the auction. When we try to save the credit card during check-in we receive the message “Sorry We can't find your Account.” The people we are checking in already have a contact in Salesforce.
