Salesforce Auctions - saved credit card not available at check out

We have an issue with the check out process using Salesforce Auctions integrated with Click and Pledge. I checked myself in and saved my credit card info in in Salesforce Auctions. Unfortunately when I check myself out the saved credit card is not available. When I manually entered the credit card at check out the payment processed successfully so the integration between auctions and click and Pledge seems to function. How can we make the saved credit card available at check out?

When you saved the credit card, does it pre-authorized the card with $0? It seems that you haven't saved the card.

First, you will need to Check In the contact and then save the card.

Thanks for the prompt reply, it still doesn't seem to work even when I check in the contact first. I didn't see a $0 charge on my card statement. The pop up window does say "Transaction Processed Successfully" though. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you!

Please make sure that you are following the correct steps:

• When you click on save credit card button under "Check-In", it will ask for card details.
• Here you will need to enter the card details and click on save payment info.
• Once you click on save payment info button, it will create one opportunity with the name of Auction Validation only and with $0.
• When you select the same Contact and Credit Card in the "Check-out' page, it will open payment page in a popup and will show radio button with the name "Reference Prior".
• When you select that it will show all previously processed card details of that contact.
• Select the card and process the transaction.
