Problems with upgrading payment as a service

I am trying to install the upgrades and they keep failing.

The PaaS Class Library actually seems to go through successfully, but it still shows up that there is an update available. My system is showing 5.1703010003 as the installed version number and the update as 5.1808030001

When I try to upgrade the Payment as a Service I get this error:

Organization: Parent Network of WNY (00Dj0000000HBAw)
User: Nancy Campbell (005j000000Avqhm)
Package: Click & Pledge Payment-as-a-Service (04t0L0000001nxE)

Problem:

1. Custom Object Records Missing Organization Feature: CnP_PaaS__CnPRecurring__c.FieldHistoryTracking
null

2. Custom Object Records Missing Organization Feature: CnP_PaaS__CnP_Transaction__c.FieldHistoryTracking
null



Then if i try to upgrade Events it tells me that same error that records are missing.

Not sure how to fix this.
