Can i print name badges at the event?

Morning,

My org uses Salesforce Event Management, including the mobile Swiper, at our annual fundraising gala. I know you have the print-at-home name badge functionality where attendees are emailed a PDF of a name badge to print out themselves, and I know I can buy and pair a (woosim or zebra) printer with the Swiper to print receipts at the event, but I was wondering if I could print name badges on that printer at the event, too? Ideally, I'd love it if folks could print the name badge at the same time as they checked-in with their QR code ticket.

Name Badges can print through the Dashboard only. In Swiper1 there is NO option to print Name Badges. If you have desktop/laptop and printer then you may print it.

Thanks for your response. So it sounds like you're saying there's no way to pair it so someone's name badge is printed WHEN they check in with their QR code/ticket, on a mobile or a laptop? I'd either have to ask them to print the name badge at home, or manually print out the pdf of ALL the name badges from the dashboard and search through the names myself each time someone checks-in?

Yes, and we suggest to ask them to print the name badge at home so that while check-in you may simply scan the QR code.
